1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using lyl (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the lyl platform for personal, non-transferable use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the platform materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

lyl provides digital loyalty card management services that integrate with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Our services include:

• Digital loyalty card creation and distribution
• Customer enrollment and card management
• Transaction tracking and analytics
• Push notification capabilities
• Multi-location support

4. Account Registration

To use the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Payment

lyl offers different subscription tiers: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Payment terms:

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all customer data you upload to the platform. We will not access, use, or share your customer data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Spam or harass other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall lyl or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if lyl or a lyl authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
